I was called by this company to offer me a satellite Internet and at the time of this review on there website they have a 20mb for R1099 and a 10mb for R1099 and when i spoke the there agent they said that there 20mb was R1599 , this is the first issue i had, a ISP that cant keep there website current is the first alarm bell. I asked how there connection worked and they would not give me a explanation except that it was 100% satellite and uncapped and unshaped, 2nd alarm bell who has no unsnapping. There sales staff are very uninformative and in my opinion not very well trained . I have no idea how good their internet speeds are yet i need to sign a 12 month contract or pay R1900 for a Install, I was considering to try their service but after my last call i dont think it is a wise decision . I was intrested in the 20mb for R1099 as this would be a good price as i currently have a telkom uncapped @ R500 and Rain uncapped @ R500 , and getting rid of those and having one good isp would be nice, Seems i was wishful thinking
