CONNECTION: Your Customers' Primary Need.

Plug Point has been my ISP since September 2017. Understandably, they're, relatively, new players in the low-income market and have been trying their best to keep their heads above water. I'm writing to correct a point a just saw by their ONLY reviewer who said Plug Point called him to offer an affordable 'satellite' internet package.

Well, Plug Point IS NOT a satellite ISP, and I hope the claim was a sincere mistake rather than a glibly attempt to lure mislead potentials. At the time of writing [16 August 2022, 18:22], the connection had been intermittent for the past 3 hours. I could hardly connect. I do believe the management's eye doesn't only wonder about the bottomline, but also starts to focus on what really matters - US, their customers' primary need.
