Bad service
I visited the shop in Cresta to look for a camera splitter box wich i bought previously at Playground Cellular Cresta. I bought the same product at the same shop a while back. When entering the shop there was two assistants in the shop. I greeted them and asked for the product, where by one of them showed no interest to assist me. He told me in a none careinng attitude that they do not sell the product that I'm looking for before even listening or before I could explain what it was looking for. He lend on the counter shaking is head and told me that I must be mistaking the shop and that I must have bought it from another shop At that moment I felt that he is seeing as a stupid person because of his body action and what he said. I told him that i will drive home get the product which I bought previously from the same shop. After this he raised his voice to me and told me several dissatisfactorys comments which I feel is disrespectful behavior to a customer. I ask for his name and told him that I will report this behavior. He rep**** that I can't have his name and that I can do what I want. I took out my phone and asked for permission to record the rest of the conversation and I agreed with a no care attitude. Istarted the video recording where be both of us was arguing about what happened. I switch me video recorder of and turned around walking out of the shop that's is when he shouted at me I belong in a mental institution saying that I am mentally ill. This i see us defamation of my character. I turned back and asked again to switch on my cell phones video recorder which he agreed again none careing. I started recording again confronting him about how can he make such a statement saying I'm mentally ill. After this left the shop and all it of it happened infront of the other shop assistant which is also on the recording. This not a way how to treat customers and making them of absured remarks about their character. A called Cresta management center who gave me an email address whereby I will be forwarding the same message to them. I need a follow up from the owner of the shop.
