Uncommon behavior infront of customers

Hello. I would like to talk about the service I experienced at Playbet. Your service is very good overall but what I didn't like is what happened on the 24th of may 2023 between 8-9 am. I came there as usual to Play than I saw a guy wearing a Red jacket which I Heard is a floor manager exchanging words with the cashier than the same guy with the jacket put his hands on the guy like he is trying to choke him. That is no Way to do things especially Infront of us customers. It's very rude and it's a First Time I see this since I played in thus company. Kopa le changeng system ya lena le kamko di floor manager tsa lena di tswarang ka teng. It's really not Nice to see a floor manager do something like while they're the ones that should set a example and be Good examples of how a person should be treated in a workplace. Kealeboga
