Playbet is a ripping company

I withdrew money twice from my betting account but it never reached my bank account and i called playbet several times and they told me m crazy there was no money withdrawn i even sent them an email with a screen short of a withdrawal massage but they said im crazy. Playbet is ripping us money please south africans lets expose this betting company and i need ombudsman contacts i want to report it.
