Not impressed with one of the floor manager

I am a loyal customer to the Playbet PTA branch and I was not happy with one of your floor manager the one called Mfanafuthi please teach him how to treat his stuff, and solve quarells. An incident happened last week where the same floor manager was provoking one of the stuff member to a point where he initiated the fight and slapped the stuff member, that kind of behaviour for a whole floor manager I was not impressed.
