Deposit don't show

I have made a deposit for R50 with the following ***-KA1PJ2YFUE4E. The funds is still not allocated to my account. Please assist I have made the deposit 01 June the evening. This is the second time this is happening...still haven't received a reply from the first complain? This is very bad service.
