Platinum Property Agent Conned us with **** Electrical Compliance and hidden damages.

We bought a house through an agent by name of Enrico Fabbri in 2017. The house looked great, but had certain things that were a bit run down:

The roof had holes and were leaking. - Subsequent to our conversation with Enrico, expressing our interest in the house, we asked that they repair the roof to prevent further leaks, and also cover the ceiling. He, along with the then home owner, agreed to do this.

But after moving into the house, not even a month into it, during the rainfall season of November / December 2017, the bedroom wall distilled water, and so did the hallway just outside the bedroom.

At this point, Enrico said he would send someone out to fix this problem, and he never did. Secondly, we never got our house plan. We're in the process of selling our home now, and we don't have a house plan, a waterproofing plan and discovered, that the Electrical certificate was bogus and full of lies.

When the electrician came to our house now, to conduct an assessment for the Electrical certificate, he found many irregularities, starting with our pool pump which he didn't even understand how could have been passed as compliant.

He said there was a lot of bridging of wires, basically a hazardous electrical box. He asked us, where we got our electrical certificate from, and we told him it's the one we got from Platinum Properties, via their agent Enrico Fabbri, who no longer works at Platinum.

I complained about Enrico back in 2018, only to find out he'd left the company, and that his cell phone number, was given to another agent. Platinum as a company, did not even bother themselves with taking upon Enrico's duties to assist us, and last year, I contacted someone called Steven Mcclaren, who instead gave me a number of a person I can call to get a house plan.

So basically, I must scramble to get a house plan, that should have come standard with the house. As first time home buyers, we didn't even know that we had to ask for a house plan, a waterproofing plan or even a valid electrical certificate.

I wish we had done more homework than to be conned by Platinum property agents, who only had one goal, to make commission and move on without ensuring the house was suitable and comfortable for us.

As I type this, we're still owing a house plan for the new buyers, a waterproofing plan, which I now understand, couldn't be given to us, because we'd find out that the whole roof is leaking.

This is *****! No one wants to take responsibility for this now, and I'm left to wonder, exactly what kind of real estate company this is, that allows agents to literally con people in order to get sales.
