Negligence

On the 3rd of March 2020, I received an email from the credit bureau stating that I need to pay rent immediately before I get black listed but there was an email exchange from me, the real estate agent Nd owner to change the due date for rent and I was given a leniency of the 7th of every month by the owner.

I have communicated with Louise Henn regarding this and she told me that there is nothing that can be done and she is going according to the contract even after I had asked to meet with her on the 4th of March 2020, she sent me a voice not stating that my visit to her office is futile because nothing is going to change and still repeated that she is unable to change anything because of the contract even after a leniency period from the owner was given.

I then sent her a message stating that I will be taking this up with ombudsman because I was given a leniency period that she did not inform the credit bureau about. She then rep**** with a thumbs up emoji.
