In 2020-02-15 a property that was managed by Platinum Global registered to a new owner at the deeds office. The implication, the Levies etc should have been paid as the lawyers handling the transaction paid over a significant amount and prior to the start 3 month provision was made for levies rates etc.

During June 2021 I received an SMS stating that I am in arears on my levies and need to pay R669.72. This after 15 months.

I phoned the estate agent and the gentleman said that their accountant has identified the shortfall and he is unable to comment. Ironically they were able to spam me up and until their general meeting in 2020 and I were even phones to submit a proxy.

I indicated that I would need how the conclusion was reached and yes. to date 2*** I have NOT received a explanation, I however received another notification of outstanding levies this time with interest for the amount of R819.72.

I would never in my life again recommend neither support Platinum Global and am of the view that the business practices need to be accessed by both the regulator and SARS.
