Disappointing rental experience
Very disappointed with the service. No proper inspection was conducted before I moved in, yet when I moved out I had to pursue my deposit refund, even after fixing everything and taking excellent care of the property. The complex rules were app**** inconsistently, which I experienced as unfair. Overall the experience was frustrating and disappointing with having to repeatedly report maintenance issues which were not resolved before I moved in , which was inconvenient. I also had to live with water running down the walls, I reported the problem several times but nothing was done to resolve it. When contractors did come out to carry out repairs, I did not always feel safe. I raised all my concerns but felt I was ignored. Overall this was a disappointing experience and not what I expected from a professional rental service.

I was tenant in Monawee renting from platinum global with Relebohile Molepi as my agent. Due to an emergency, i had to move out immediatly(Month end august), i was aware that i would be penalised 2 months rent and they did. I was supposed to be paid a rem
