Unauthorized Debit Orders

These people have been deducting my husbands (who is a pensioner) account for the past three months. every month we go to the bank to reverse and stop the debit order but they always come back with a different reference. FNB gave us their contact details and i called them and requested them to stop the debit orders and they said they did. they still debited twice in a space of a week. i sent Elma Malan an email requesting that they stop these debit orders as my husband is not even in possession of their product. she responded back on 03 July 2015 and said that they have stoped it. but on the 6th they took R199.99 on the 7th they took R205.<br> we are currently on our way to reverse this money again.<br> Stop taking advantage of people and stop debitting my husbands account.<br> full names Magezi Mackson Hlungwani<br> ID number ***<br> Cell number ***<br> *** ***M
