Promises

As from 2013 small amounts was deducted from my savings account, this was picked in middle 2014 and was reported. Platinum C3 contacted me and all proof was handed over to them. Elma Malan contacted me and it was confirmed that a total amount of R33 444.68 to be paid back to me. The letter in my possession (dated the 9th of March 2015) stated that the down payments will be made to me in full. It was agreed that 4 payments of R8 360.42 would be paid to me, however only one payment of R11 000 was made in April and nothing further. Numerous follow emails was sent and telephone calls made with no response or payments, just apologies by the Client Care Manager. The frustration has led to me using this forum to getting some response from this institution.
