Debit order what the hell

This is not the first time an debit order has gone off my account for this company company!!!?!???? Who the hell gives them the right just to ***** my money. Cannot believe FNB allows this type of ****. Who the hell is dial 24. I haven't even heard of them. And now they are *****ing my hard earned cash.
