Zero service

On 9 March at 18:00 I called pizza perfect Elarduspark. I placed an order for collection. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I asked about my order. The cashier immediately started to talk loudly to the kitchen staff behind her in a language that I couldn't understand. After some time I asked what was going on. She said that she was asking them. What sounded like a loud argument ensued for some time while I was standing there not knowing what was going on. I asked again what was happening. She then informed me that the driver left with my order. I decided to leave as I was being treated rudely and not being helped. I left disgusted with the poor service and unprofessional way that the situation was handled. This was a wast of my time. My fuel and airtime. That was no service. Never mind terrible service. Posted this on their website directly under complaints. They didn't even bother to contact me
