WORST pizza, even worst SERVICE

I ordered Pizza this week, twice. The first time I ordered, I phoned in to collect. I waited 28 minutes IN store after i got there after the apparent 15 minutes? Girl ignored me and was surprised when I told her I am still waiting. Pizza was brutally cold. The second time ( I should have stopped after the first time) we phoned again, took us 28 minutes to get there as we were told, 30 min. Got there and waited ANOTHER 1 hour and 12 minutes! Pizza BURNT and COLD. I threw it away, my DOGS did not even want it. Firstly, the service stinks, the people have NO people s****s at ALL. I would rather support another company in future. I have NEVER experienced service like this...EVER!
