Unfriendly and poor telephone etiquette

<p>I place an order for delivery with Pizza Perfect Garsfontein. The lady who took my phone call was abrupt, rude and had poor telephone etiquette. When the food was delivered, they got the order wrong, and this was not the first time. I phoned back and the same lady never apologised, but did ask that the driver return to correct the order. She never apologised, but the driver at least had the decency to apologise. This sales lady needs serious training on how to talk to customers. </p>
