The worse service I ever received

<p>I placed a order for delivery at 18H48 they only arrived with the food at 20H22 and on top of that the food was even cold. When I phoned to ask how far my delivery is around 8 pm they said it is leaving now then I asked to speak to the manager in charge and he said they are so busy they can't keep up with the delivery and he is sorry and he will shout at his staff I mean if you know it's a month end plan and get more delivery ppl or tell your staff that they must tell the customer that the delivery will take about an Hour. I always buy food at that shop in little falls but that was my last purchase from then I will never ever in my live buy food from them again </p>
