The order that never came

I’m very disappointed in the Rynfield branch of Pizza Perfect. I placed an order at around 7 last night for delivery. 2 hours later I phoned to ask where it was and the manager told me the driver left 10 minutes ago with my order. So I waited and waited and well, I’m still waiting the next day. Not even a phone call saying they can’t make it. I’ve supported this branch for years and I’m so disappointed that I didn’t even receive an apology or call!!
