Terrrrible Service, Incopetent staff

So while making an order for a nice Miami Pizza, and a addes coke, I thought it was easy enough to deliver, after spelling out the adress to the lady taking my order and sending numerous sms's to the driver, my order upon my wait of an hour and 10 mins, my order still was not correct they gave me two pizzas and no coke, the prise was higher than the said prise over the order with the lady, and when I phoned the manager and complained she slammed the phone in my ear, so I ask you...this is friendly ontime service....USELESS
