Terrible service and burnt pizza

Pizza Perfect Castlewalk, Moreletapark. I ordered a pizza online on Friday evening, collected it and when I got home found that the pizza was burnt under. I then returned on Sunday with the pizza as proof and requested a refund, I was made to wait 10 minutes for verification of the order, the manager who goes the name of Jordan then refused to pay me the refund, stating that she can only credit me or make another pizza. This is very interesting for me, when you buy a pizza you do not buy it on credit, yet when you want a refund suddenly you must be credited??? This will be pursued until I get my refund.
