Terrible Service!

I Ordered pizza at 6pm tonight, after 40 minutes and no delivery I called the store to be told they are just waiting for the driver to return, I informed them that if the pizza arrived and it was cold I wouldn't pay for it. Pizza arrives at 19:05 and its cold I then call Alex the owner who tells me to send them back and he will make new ones! I'm starving now I dont want to wait another hour for new pizza. there was no refund no discount nothing just pay for the cold chewy pizza and oh well! I will never ever again purchase from your store again and I will inform all in the vicinity to just not bother as you couldn't be bothered that your service was shocking!
