Still have not received my order

Earlier this evening I was sent the incorrect order of 2 large pizzas. I called immediately when I realised the mistake. The lady that answered the phone said that she will have a discussion with her colleagues and call me back. Over 45 minutes later and I had still not received a call back. I tried calling the shop on numerous occasions but there was no answer.

I am really disappointed with the service and lack of it as I have still not received my meal that i paid for. We as consumers try to support small business during these difficult times and this is the treatment customers receive. I do plan on returning the pizzas tomorrow and expect a full refund.
