Staff using the services of the company for personal use.

<p>I'm going to try and keep my complaint short</p> <p>An employee from the GARSFONTEIN branch, ********** 757, named Caroline, made a personal deal with me buying a stove, and had an agreement on hèr fetching the item from me shortly after she phoned me that specific morning. Initially I didn't know that shes working for pizza perfect, and obviously didn't know that she will make use of one of pizza perfects' vehicles. After her not pitching, I contacted her in the afternoon whereby she rep**** she's waiting for the driver to return from deliveries. I mentioned by then that why she didn't keep me updated as I was waiting for her to arrive the whole day.She then at that time, close to 17h 00 said she's on her way. Still after 17h 00 nobody has arrived and I requested from her to pay a holding deposit. Which she agreed and only by 19h30 at night a driver from their branch named Wellington, arrived with a VW company car, dropping her deposit, and said that Caroline will fetch the item in the morning. The next morning came and went, nobody pitched as neither had I received any calls.. still awaiting Caroline..</p> <p>The whole of the next days' morning I also haven't received any calls to keep me informed..</p> <p>Close to lunch time, Caroline phoned to say they are on their way...</p> <p>By 15h00 nobody has arrived, and no calls was made again to keep me informed. With no success on making calls from my side, as I had received calls from other clients who where interested in buying the item, I then sent a message to her that if nobody by 16h00 have arrived to fetch the item, I will have to sell it to another client, and she would obviously loose her deposit, cause that's within the law..and made me wait for close to two days, uninformed...</p> <p>This is where Caroline started threatening me with *****ing her money and that she will invade my property and complex where I stay..She kept on phoning me from the landlines from her branch and a few times from her cell. She also had sent the driver Wellington again with a company car to the complex where I live and insisted entering..whereby the security of our complex refused. Still for the whole of Friday the 17th, she sent threatening smses, including words of black/white people, and me *****ing, and that she will "come" for me..and that she knows a lot of people who will sort me out."</p> <p>I didn't answer any further calls from her or unknown numbers, due to this matter. By Monday the 20th, she continued with severe threats, and again calls from the branches' landlines. </p> <p>This is an extreme negative situation for pizza perfect, as an employee of PP , using the services of the business to cause and threaten a client with their lives. Including using the company's vehicle for personal transport, on the company's expense. And threatening me that her boss will come for me..</p> <p>If I would be find guilty of such action within my own working environment, I would forsure face disciplinary actions against me and if not, being dismissed. </p> <p>No one can afford being threatened to such an extend as I am by this Lady, Caroline. Especially where she didn't keep to a simple agreement of buying and selling an item, and pulled her business's name into it to threaten me.</p> <p>This is of serious matter, please may I request to have this matter investigated urgently.</p> <p>I have also sent a complaint to Pizza Perfects' Head Office, and awaiting a reply as well as a personal apology from their Employee..</p> <p>Thank Hello Peter again for your assistance </p>
