spoiled food at pizza perfect

i've bought chicken and rolls from the store and the chicken was off and the rolls green, when i contacted the outlet, they say they can't help me as their boss in gone for holiday in jhb. when i spoke to the manager he asked why i only sent half the meal i said i threw half the meal away. he says i'm saying all kind stories and i must do what i want, this is very bad customer service.
