Something Spilled in my Pizza!

Ordered a Perfect Pizza and a Sub tonight, everything was fine until the pizza arrived, the box is SOAKING wet at the bottom you can clearly see some unknown fluid has spilled onto it. Phoned the store, the person answering the phone claimed the store to be closed(20:51) asked for the manager, he defended his staff member and gave a few excuses for the state of the pizza(which was also wet) \Let's get this clear the mushrooms cause alot of moisture\". Is that how a person is trained to speak to customers?. As far as I am aware, the store closes at 21:00. This is completely unacceptable. We are regular customers of the store."
