SHODDY SERVICE

I ordered pizza from Pizza Perfect Northmead Square on Friday 17th November 2023 which is 5 mins away from my place. I placed an order at 7pm with a 45min ETA, when the delivery didn't arrive at 8h10pm I called them and they told me the driver had left long time ago. By 8h20pm I told them the driver must not bother as I am not going to pay for cold pizza. He arrived at 8h25pm saying they very busy and would not go away. Paid for cold pizza and the edges were burnt as well. Really shoddy service!!
