Shocking service indeed

Pizza Perfect Strubensvally service is shocking 1. I ordered Godfather Pizza 2. I was issued with a hand written receipt with an order number 3. I was told my order will be ready after 15-20 minutes 4. After 20 minutes I collected my order, only to be told one of the drivers took it 5. The shocking part of it, manager/owner was so remorseless 6. She said these things happen and you could sense a don't care attitude, no sense on customer service 7. I then asked for my money back, and you could see there was no remorse at all.
