Shocking service at Pizza Perfect Randridge Mall Randpark

<p>My son's 7th birthday - Placed an order for 1 Large pizza and 4 milkshakes at 5:50pm on Friday 2 June 2017. We phoned 40 mins later to enquire why the pizza had not yet been delivered. We were told the pizza guy had no idea how to get to our house so WE had to give him step-by-step instructions and street names as to how to get to us. We live about 1 km away. After another half hour of waiting, we phoned Pizza Perfect again and demanded we speak to the manager. He tells us they are very busy and we must wait. We wait another half an hour and still no pizza arrived. We phoned Pizza Perfect again and they inform us that the order was not placed correctly ON THEIR SIDE, that someone messed up the invoice.... we were told to wait for the driver as the food would now be cooked. We refused and told them to cancel the order. To wait almost 2 hrs for a pizza is unacceptable. We will never place an order there again.</p>
