Shocking customer service

<p>Pizza perfect advertises that they open at 9.30am- wonderful our school is breaking up today so I decided to order pizzas for the staff. I get told that the ovens take at least an hour to heat up so the earliest I will have my pizzas is 11.15am - nearly 2hrs after order time. The manger then got quite snipy and rude and yet we are good customers. I will never go there again. When you open the doors you are ready for business- surely the staff arrives at least an hour earlier to prepare for the day? The Spar down the road opens at 7am but the Bakers are there at 4am to prepare for the day. Vorna Valley Pizza Perfect customer service is a must in this industry- you have now lost out on lots of business just by one action- pity as we love your Pizzas but Debonairs who open at 10am have their ovens ready!</p>
