Ruined Appetite, Unsatisfied Tummy

<p>On May 29, we went to Pizza Perfect located at a famous mall. I and my family have been going there for the past three owners so we consider ourselves as regular customers. <br />That day, we ordered a Mexicana pizza, hoping to satisfy our hunger, after long hours of driving around for errands. While we were eating, I felt something chewy in my pizza, which is weird for a Mexicana one.<br />But I thought, okay, might just be something not too serious. I've chewed and ate that "chewy thing" twice or thrice already. It was not tiny. It was quite very chewy. Before even I could speak out about it,<br />my husband said he already ate two of those. He described it exactly the way I felt in my tongue. Anyway, we complained to the staff. The staff, actually, we know by face for years and we are in talking terms.<br />The cashier came to apologize and said she will tell the head office. We even emailed the head office to bring this matter into attention last May 30. 'Til now, we never got a reply. It was terrible terrible and we left with very<br />unsatisfied stomach. We did not finish our pizza. Just very unpleasant for us who expected it to be good. Even in the car, I and hubby felt our tummy running a bit, not sure if it was from the pizza or because our appetite was complately ruined.</p>
