Rude unqualified cashier

I called to order two large pizza's from pizza perfect on 16/06/2015. Upon answering the phone, the very unfriendly and obviously unqualified operator had a bad and rude attitude. I asked very friendly if they had a delivery service, since it was my first time buying from them. Guida(cashier) answered me as if it was the dumbest question she ever heard. Throughout the whole call she was rude and interrupted me when i wanted to place a order. I had to repeat my cellphone number several times before she got it right and i spelt out my name, but still she called me something else and spelt it wrong on the slip. When finished with my order she asked if i would like to add a 2 litre cool drink and i said yes. Upon delivery there was no cool drink. The pizza was great, but you need to do something about rude staff. They WILL cost you clients and money!
