Rude

I just called twice. The first time to ask if the to deliveries as i know it is a half an hour before they close. They said no, I say okey thank you bey, they just put the phone down in my air. Then I phoen again about 10 min after wanting to ask if it is possible to call and collect... The phone rang ONCE and was picked up and put down again you could hear the shop for a few second before just putting the phone down in my ear without anyone speaking! And this is not even the first time this has happend! I am just sick of ot happening again!
