Rejected order

I placed an online order which got rejected 20 minutes later. The most irritating part about this is that my money wasn't reversed instead they decided to credit my wallet. I called the store and they said it will be reversed but clearly it was a lie. This is such an inconvenience because now they are all closed and I can't use my money to buy something else. My kids have to starve because Pizza perfect now owns my money🤷♀️, I can only use it in their terms 😡
