Raw Pizza & No customer satisfaction

HI there, i was there on Saturday to buy 3 large pizzas for the kids, when we got home, the pizzas were all raw, i had to cook them for another 8 minutes each in my oven. I did not call back on SAturday because your shop was extremely busy and my kids were starving. I called on Sunday 15th November 2015 and spoke to Shaun, i aske him for an email address because i took photos and wanted to send through the pictures of the raw pizza, he would not give me any contact details for the store owner, and said he would call Fatima and ask her to phone me, he was also very blunt and really not helpful at all over the phone, kinda made me feel like i was really troubling him and he did not have time for the call. I just feel that we spend a lot of money purchasing pizza and you want it to be the quality that Pizza perfect normally is, and when you call to let them know what your issues are you are kinda pushed aside, i am still waiting for Fatima to call me back, i have 4 other pizza places really close to me and i don't have to use this store, it is not like they are the only pizza spot around Ruimsig area.....not used to this service from Pizza perfect Ruimsig,
