Rather go somewhere else, *******!

When I placed my order and was finished paying I had asked the cashier how long the order would take, she looked up and said "Five minutes" I was shocked and asked are you sure and she repeated five minutes. The order took close onto 45 minutes and upon opening my box felt as if I were ******, I spent R200 on two deluxe pizzas that had no to very little toppings. I have tried phoning for the last 20 minutes but the phone is engaged. This is not the first time but the last, I swear I will never step foot into your establishment ever again! *******....
