R25 to deliver 800m

Its Friday evening and my girlfriend and i are sick. We decide to order Pizza Perfect as it is the best pizza in Joburg. We phone the Kyalami branch and after placing our order are told we have to pay R25 delivery charge as Waterfall is "far". They can only deliver 3km for free and for 3.8km they charge an astounding R25, not a reasonable R10 but 25. Firstly most pizza places give you a 5km radius and whats worse is that some houses in Kyalami Estates can be further than 3km (my old house was 4.1) yet pizza perfect will happily deliver a pizza for free there but not here. For 800m they will drop all customer service and charge the client a whopping R25. To make matters worse the Gallo Manor branch was closed after 9. (On a friday evening you cant get pizza after 9) Great service guys!!! Will not be supporting the Kyalami branch anymore, the owner who i have met several times has shown me true their true customer service. I will buy from Gallo Manor, thats if they open. Come on Pizza Perfect, you can do better!!
