Poor service, lack of responce from manager/owner

I have been a loyal customer for several years at various branches. I ordered 2 pizza's and a 2L coke as per the special advertised via sms. I further ordered a kiddies pizza. At the time I asked the attendant approximate waiting time as it is end of the month. She informed me I am looking at around 50min waiting time. At this point I requested delivery as my 3 year old daughter had a bit of fever and I wanted to get her out of the cold. I was assured that this is not a problem as I am only a few blocks away. An hour and a half later I went to the premises to collect my food instead as no delivery took place. To my dismay the driver had already left, so back home. Get to the driver and the food is cold and the order incomplete. I can't blame the driver, he is only delivering. Back to the branch. The manager was so occupied with counting cash that he gave me one glance and paid the refund I requested. Not a bother with the poor service or upset customer. As it is the end of the month, orders can run late, I understand it. What concerns me was the lack of interest in customer service. I could have been contacted and I would have collected. Good bye, you will never see me again.
