Poor service; followed by empty promises

We placed a large order for delivery in January - tipped the driver quite generously for travelling in the rain and sent him on his way. Only to find that one of the orders was not included with delivery. I phoned back immediately amd was assured we could expect delivery ASAP. Two hours later - no delivery, no call. Phoned back and was told they didn't know what happened and that it would be fixed. By the next day, I still hadn't heard anything. Phoned AGAIN - no apoloogy, but was assured credit would be added to my account towards next order. When we went into the store today, raising the issue, there was apparently no record of any of these promises or conversations. Conveniently, the manager on duty was \not in\". There might not be a lot of money involved, but the principle of the matter, poor customer service an no-care attitude of all staff members I dealt with is disgusting."
