Poor quality of food

Being hot, the other day I bought an ice cream cup from Pizza Perfect, Ouklip Road, Wilro Park. It tasted terrible, made with sour milk and I threw it away, as it had already been explained to me by George that there are no refunds. I also asked for a salad and if them to substitute the feta cheese (which I don't eat) with cheddar. After negotiation they said they would give me Gouda cheese. After I paid, I looked at my slip and saw that they had charged me R10 for the cheese. This was supposed to be a substitution at no cost. Other fast food outlets give you a substitution without cost. They refused to refund the money. So, I wasted R21 (cheese and ice cream) on poor service. I will never ever eat at Pizza Perfect again, and will tell all my facebook and linked in friends about my unhappy experience.
