Poor customer service

I had the worst experience ever, the manager refused to give me my refund, saying that I have to pay for a portion of my meal and after waiting 1hr30 for my full refund ,she gives me my money and she tells me never to come back and I wasted her time to make things worse she calls me a ***** and points the middle finger at me. I was astonished by the treatment
