Pizza Perfect, Kyalami Downs - 6 December 2024.

I went to Pizza Perfect Kyalami Downs on 6 December 2024 at 16:52 and I went to the counter to Place my order.

When I got there, a white man named Rui Thomaz was attending the till and he was chatting to the customer just before me in a jolly mood and had a positive attitude towards them.

As soon as it was my turn, I greeted him saying “hello, how are you?”

His positive facial expression immediately dropped and he responded “k and you?”

It is as if he did not want to take my order and this made me wonder, why he would respond with such a drop in energy??? Such a cold response!!!

I honestly deserved to be greeted back with professionalism and great customer service. I wondered what the previous customer did that I did not do because it was not like I was begging for a pizza - I paid full price for my order but it felt like I was treated like a beggar!!!!

What must us black people do to be treated like normal human beings!?!?!?

I do however understand that the way someone chooses to treat you is solely a reflection of themselves!

My first and probably last time here. I will advise everyone I know to stay away from this establishment. Friday ruined!
