Good Day i would just like to inform the manager that your staff are *****ing from customers. Note only did i have to call back 3 times to get my order and area finally right because the line are so bad apparently. I asked the lady several times to send change for 200 rand. to my disbelief when the drive got to where i was staying he only had the card machine ??? wow surprise surprise. so for a order that cost R132,00 i had to pay the driver R200.00 that's R68.00 more. just because your staff member could not remember to send change AND guess what, when i called to inform her what was the response i get i am sorry i forgot and when i asked if i could get 50 rand back so the driver could at least get tip as it was not his fault i was told no i cant do that. so Happy Days MR Perfect... your staff scored 68 rand for not doing there jobs...
