Pizza not perfect at Pizza Perfect

Placed and order with the App for the Valhalla store, 90 minutes later still no Pizza and the store manager unbale to provide me an update on the progress, so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Now I have NO PIZZA, NO REFUND AND NO REPLY ON MY COMPLAINED FROM HQ. PIZZA NOT PERFECT !!!!!
