Pizza made my husband sick - customer service shocking !!!!!!!

We ordered a pizza from Pizza Perfect Blu Valley in Centurion. 5 bites into the pizza my husband unfortunately had to go and throw up. There was definitely something wrong with the cheese. It was rubbery and smelt bad. I took it up with the branch. They first told me I need to request a refund from Uber Eats as this had nothing to do with who makes the pizza. She then wanted to call me which I declined. I preferred to deal with it on a chat. She got incredibly defensive and kept telling me that she has to speak to me on the phone and this is how it works. I was at work and couldn't chat except online. She then said she has done everything she can to help me and that she had taken time out of her day. The absolute worst customer care I've seen in a while. I paid R 165 for a pizza that made my hubby sick and is now in the bin. I will never buy from Pizza Perfect ever again.
