Pizza just did not arrive
<p>I called and ordered a pizza from Pizza Perfect Noordheuwel 19:32 at 20:42 I called to find out what was happening with our pizza. They advised me that the they could not find the address and the driver had already been back at the store for the last 20mins. I then re-confirmed the address and they ensured me that it was on its way. At 21:01 I called and spoke to the manager and ased him why he had not called me if he could not find the place. He advised me that the staff member took my phone number down incorrectly. So I gave him the correct number. I told him that it was unacceptable and asked when would I be expecting the pizza. He gave me the drivers number which never got answered. It's now 21:47 the shops closed and my pizza has still not arrived. I really feel that the staff need some training on how to take down orders. Hint: repeat the number back to client to ensure it's the correct contact details.</p>
