Pizza FAR FROM Perfect - delivered after an hour, cold, or burnt!!!!!

If I could give a negative rating, I would!. I have had two terrible experiences with deliveries from both the Elgin road branch, and the Glen Balad Mall. Elgin Road, they delivered to me a cold pizza, and whilst my wife's was hot, they managed to burn the gluten free crust. Glen Balad - I decided to give them another chance after they were conning me out of extra ingredients I paid for but did not get a couple of years ago. Yesterday evening I saw my folly in doing so - an HOUR after placing my order, I phoned the branch to get some excuse that they were busy (on a Tuesday night?!) and then miraculously ten minutes after my call (which incidentally is the travel time from the branch to my home) the pizzas appear - COLD. I refused delivery, and the individual answering the phone couldn't care less when I phoned to complain!! Disgusting customer Service, you DESERVE to go out of business with this kind of disgusting attitude!! This kind of service from TWO branches no less in the space of 2 - 3 weeks!
