Pathetic service

I ordered food today Sat 24th and according to the app I did not respond within 8 minutes. We waited till now Saturday 24th Feb almost and hour with no response. My money was taken out of my account. I am waiting for someone to contact me. What pathetic. Service. I will name and shame......
