Pathetic Service!

I placed a telephonic order with a so called Gugu lady, after confirming the order, I received the incorrect pizza, when called to query the lady mentions to me that I confirmed the order she gave me ( Which is bacon that I dont eat) why will I confirm an order on something I dont eat. Spoke to the manager and he says that "oh they always confirm orders, but we dont record calls so I cannot go back to hear it" Sorry next time you order we will give you discount because we cannot make another pizza as we are closing!

Pathetic as a manager.
