pathetic management

<p>Last week after being told it would take 15min to make our order and waiting 45 min and then after asking where the order was they tell us it's in the warmer. while the shop was busy with other unhappy clients waiting the manager is in the office doing absolutely nothing. after confronting the manager about the problem. the manager did not even know what to do but looked for excuses while the shop is in a spin.</p> <p>we decided to give them another chance this week. placed our order which was delivered to us. after receiving the order we found one of the pizzas we ordered was incorrect. Phoned store immediately to explain the incorrect order that we received. they first told us it was not wrong until they saw the slip on their side and said it was wrong. The manager then gave a excuse again for the mess up and that was it. Manager offered no solution or didn't even apologize for the mess up.</p> <p>This is the worst service ever recieved and for the management to think that they are right when they admit they are wrong is sad. No longer will we use this shop or any other Pizza Perfect and will definitely many more other people about this store.</p>
